Geltungsbereich
Diese Hinweise gelten für die Plattform unter mallorca-class-excursions.klarframe.com einschließlich Kundenportal, Guide-Konsole, Administration und Teilnehmerzugang.
Nutzung der Plattform und KI-Übersetzungen
Die Plattform unterstützt Ausflugsanbieter bei der Organisation mehrsprachiger Touren. Übersetztes Audio und Untertitel werden automatisiert durch künstliche Intelligenz erzeugt und können Fehler, Auslassungen oder Verzögerungen enthalten. Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Notfallinformationen müssen durch den verantwortlichen Guide verständlich wiederholt und überprüft werden. Die Plattform ersetzt keine menschliche Sicherheitsunterweisung.
Preise
Die genannten Paketpreise sind Nettopreise. Die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer wird im Bezahlvorgang anhand von Land und Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer automatisch ermittelt und ausgewiesen. Enterprise-Leistungen werden gesondert vereinbart. Es gelten die Nutzungsbedingungen und die Widerrufsbelehrung.
Haftung, Links und Urheberrecht
Inhalte werden mit angemessener Sorgfalt erstellt; eine Gewähr für Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit oder ständige Verfügbarkeit wird im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang nicht übernommen. Zwingende gesetzliche Haftung bleibt unberührt. Für Inhalte externer Websites sind deren Betreiber verantwortlich; rechtswidrige Links werden nach Kenntnis entfernt. This notice covers the platform at mallorca-class-excursions.klarframe.com including the customer portal, the guide console, the administration and the participant view.
Use of the platform and AI translation
The platform helps excursion operators run multilingual tours. Translated audio and subtitles are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions or delays. Safety, health and emergency information must be repeated and verified by the responsible guide in an understandable way. The platform does not replace a human safety briefing.
Prices
The plan prices shown are net prices. Statutory VAT is determined and shown automatically during checkout based on country and VAT identification number. Enterprise services are agreed separately. Our terms of service and withdrawal policy apply.
Liability, links and copyright
Content is produced with reasonable care; no warranty is given for accuracy, completeness or continuous availability to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Operators of external websites are responsible for their content; unlawful links are removed once we become aware of them. Content, design, software and marks of this platform are protected.
Consumer dispute resolution

Este aviso se aplica a la plataforma en mallorca-class-excursions.klarframe.com, incluidos el portal del cliente, la consola del guía, la administración y el acceso de los participantes.
Uso de la plataforma y traducción con IA
La plataforma ayuda a los operadores de excursiones a organizar visitas multilingües. El audio traducido y los subtítulos se generan automáticamente mediante inteligencia artificial y pueden contener errores, omisiones o retrasos. La información de seguridad, salud y emergencia debe repetirla y verificarla el guía responsable de forma comprensible. La plataforma no sustituye a una instrucción de seguridad humana.
Precios
Los precios de los planes son precios netos. El IVA legal se determina y se muestra automáticamente durante el pago según el país y el número de identificación fiscal. Los servicios Enterprise se acuerdan por separado. Se aplican nuestras condiciones de uso y la información sobre el desistimiento.
Responsabilidad, enlaces y propiedad intelectual
Los contenidos se elaboran con la diligencia debida; no se garantiza su exactitud, integridad ni disponibilidad permanente en la medida permitida por la ley. La responsabilidad legal imperativa no se ve afectada. De los contenidos de sitios externos responden sus titulares; los enlaces ilícitos se retiran en cuanto se tiene conocimiento. Los contenidos, el diseño, el software y los signos distintivos de esta plataforma están protegidos.
